Ordering:

• Pre-order Lead Time: Kindly note that all pre-order items require a minimum lead time of 1 month.
• Processing and Delivery: Every order will be processed and delivered within 4 weeks unless otherwise specified.
• Refund Policy: Regrettably, refunds cannot be provided once orders have been placed and payment has been processed.

Delivery:

• Free delivery is available for orders above $150. A $10 delivery fee applies to orders below this amount.
• Please ensure that your delivery address and contact number are accurate. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect deliveries and reserve the right to charge additional fees for redelivery.
• For deliveries to office or corporate addresses, please include your Company Name and ensure that your name is clearly indicated for easy delivery and identification.

  • Refunds are only provided in the event that an item becomes out of stock after an order is placed.
  • Our return and exchange policy lasts for 14 days from the date of delivery or collection. Exchanges will not be offered after this period.
  • Sale items and accessories are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
  • If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 14 days with an image of the item to request a replacement. In some cases, the item may need to be returned for exchange eligibility.
  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or PayNow.
